Hey all,
Wow, it's great to read all the blogs. For myself, I was excited and down during the month of Jan., it's like I couldn't get a good rhythm down. I wasn't losing weight and I got frustrated. Well this week I conquered it. I hit the Y on Mon, Wed, Fri (@ 5:15am)and Sat.(today) and this seems to work for my family and me. I had enough time to pray & get my family off for the day. This week was a great break through. Eating is still challenging when I don't plan, so note to self:
Planning is a top priority!

Update
I have been doing good! I had a protein shake for breakfast and lunch yesterday, and fish for dinner. I worked out at the Y, yesterday, too. Today, no exercise but healthy cereal for breakfast for and a shake for lunch. We will have whole wheat pasta spaghetti for dinner and hit the gym again tomorrow! Are any single women going to the Tye Tribbette concert on Saturday? I know the married women will be with their boos :)

Confession: I have not been actively involved in the challenge. Not on purpose though. When I have a lot going on, it is hard for me to stay focused on me. Typical right? We always put ourselves last. But I have to remember that their survival (my children's) depends on my survival. I am still going to win because I am going to kick in full-force and work double time!

Hello
Hello. I hope all is well with everybody. i have been sick for the past two days. So that means now working out. This is very hard for me. i enjoy working out and I hate when i get in the groove and then i get sick or something happens. But i did not gain any weight so I guess that is the point. But other than that I'm doing good. i can see myself winner. How about you guys. i just have to work on the spirtual part. I struggle with that.
